Senior System Administrator

Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Act as the key IT contact for key accounts and VIP customers. • Gather and manage IT requirements from customers, operations, and business teams. • Support RFI, RFP, and RFQ responses, including solution proposals and cost estimations. • Coordinate with IT Project Managers to ensure smooth project handover and implementation. • Provide IT consultation during customer meetings and business development activities. • Proactively identify opportunities to improve IT processes and service delivery.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines preferred. • Minimum 3 years' experience in IT key account management or customer-facing IT solutions roles. • Knowledge of WMS and familiarity with RFI/RFP/RFQ
