Summary: The Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner is responsible for delivering actionable results in a savings bank environment by formulating user stories and business cases. This role aims to enhance business processes within the bank while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities:
• Creating and prioritizing user stories in close cooperation with specialist departments. • Developing complete business cases, including cost-benefit analyses and decision templates. • Stakeholder management on both the specialist department and IT sides. • Ensuring that requirements are documented in a compliant manner (SOC2, ISO 27001). • Identifying AI potential within the assigned workstream.
