Senior AWS Data Engineer

Salary: £55,000 - 55,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience in data engineering and pipeline development • A solid understanding of data modelling, governance and quality frameworks • Experience working with analytics or AI-ready datasets • Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured data solutions • A proactive, ownership-led mindset with strong stakeholder collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Designing, building and maintaining data pipelines and transformations • Creating reusable, governed data products for analytics and AI teams • Translating business needs into structured, reliable datasets and data models • Owning the end-to-end lifecycle of data products from creation through to optimisation • Applying and monitoring data quality, validation and governance standards • Managing metadata, lineage, data contracts and compliance
