Senior AI Engineer

Salary: £80,000 - 100,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong experience with model evaluation, experimentation and fine-tuning. • Hands-on experience building and deploying RAG and GenAI solutions. • Good understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector databases and retrieval techniques. • Experience with Azure AI Foundry is advantageous. • Ability to solve complex technical problems and explain the reasoning behind your approach. • Demonstrated ownership of AI solutions and measurable improvements in model performance.

Responsibilities:
