Clinical Product Manager

Salary: £70,000 - 90,000 per year

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of healthcare environments gained through professional experience. • Experience from a clinical background, NHS operational experience, Digital Health or HealthTech, healthcare software, or healthcare product, implementation, or transformation roles. • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills. • Ability to understand complex requirements and explain them clearly. • Confidence working with both technical and non-technical people. • Good analytical and problem-solving skills. • Interest in improving healthcare through technology. • Ability to manage competing priorities and make sensible decisions. • Previous formal product management experience would be advantageous, but is not necessarily essential. • Ability to identify user problems, ask good questions, understand workflows, translate requirements, challenge assumptions,
