This is an opportunity to join a growing, private equity-backed care provider investing in its data infrastructure and analytics capabilities. With 23 care homes currently operating across the UK and ambitious plans for further expansion, the business is focused on using data to improve operational performance, support better decision-making and ultimately enhance resident care. You'll join a small, developing analytics team where you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of meaningful projects, work across multiple data sources and help build the foundations for more advanced analytics and predictive modelling.
