Senior Data Engineer

Salary: Up to $100/hr.

We're currently seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join a high-performing Data & Analytics team delivering critical data initiatives within a large Queensland organisation.

This is an opportunity to work with modern cloud-based data technologies, helping design, build and optimise scalable data solutions that support enterprise reporting, analytics and decision-making.

The Role

As a Data Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing data platforms, resolving complex data challenges, and contributing to the ongoing evolution of a modern analytics environment.

You will be responsible for:

• Designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines and data models • Investigating and resolving complex data quality and reconciliation issues • Building and enhancing solutions within Microsoft Fabric • Developing and maintaining PySpark and Python-based data
