Salesforce Business Analyst
• Salary: $116,413 - $140,849 (Plus Superannuation) • Work Type: Fixed term (external applicants) / Temporary Assignment (internal DJSIR employees) / Secondment (VPS employees external to DJSIR) - 12 months • Usual hours of work: Full time (flexibility may be available) • Usual work location: 121 Exhibition Street, Melbourne (flexibility may be available)
The Role
The Salesforce Business Analyst will engage diverse stakeholders across the organisation working with the Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud stack to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements and provide iterative, agile software delivery on the flagship Global Engagement Management System (GEMS) and other Salesforce solutions
