Duties: Requiring limited supervision;

· This role is an intersection of applied machine learning, surgical healthcare operations, and the data and machine learning Ops infrastructure · Lead three highly technical teams spanning Machine Learning Engineering for computer vision and forecasting and our Data Platform team. · Ensure machine learning systems move reliably from research to production, delivering measurable real-world impact. · Direct daily operations of department, analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards and setting deadlines. · Manage, mentor, hire and grow the department of engineers and data engineers across three distinct teams · Manage machine learning system
