We're partnering with a growing financial technology business looking for a hands-on Head of Software QA to lead its testing function, drive automation and improve software quality across its SaaS platform and client implementations.

This is a role for someone who can combine technical expertise, people leadership and strong stakeholder engagement.

You'll be equally comfortable setting QA strategy, writing automation, troubleshooting complex issues and working directly with engineering teams and clients.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and mentor a distributed team of approximately 7 QA engineers. • Own end-to-end QA strategy, test planning, automation and release quality. • Personally contribute to automation
