Talent Insights is partnering with a large Insurance business to find an experienced Lead Data Analyst for complex ICT and digital delivery programs. You’ll lead data discovery across internal and external datasets and turn business needs into implementation-ready data specifications that engineers can build from.
About the role
• Lead data discovery and profiling: structure, quality, lineage, sensitivity and fitness for purpose • Develop source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, data contracts, transformation rules and matching logic • Use SQL to investigate data quality issues and define cleansing, de-duplication and reconciliation approaches • Partner with data engineers on ingestion, integration and migration across cloud and on-premises environments • Validate loads, reconcile source
