Senior Business Analyst

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per month

Job Duties:

• Gathering user requirements through structured meetings to ensure all needs are accurately captured; • Act as a strategic bridge between operational front-line staff and senior management, translating complex user needs into actionable business solutions through versatile, high-impact communication. • Coordinating with the application team and/or end users to drive open action items to closure; • Conducting quality control inspections and testing to identify defects and non-conformities in applications; • Assisting in the development of test cases and participating in user acceptance testing, ensuring that all scenarios reflect business requirements; • Conducting user training and ensure users are equipped to effectively utilize the application. • Scheduling and coordinating user meetings, ensuring all necessary
