Summary of Position The purpose of this role is to ensure the reliable performance of our SAP Business One ERP system. Troubleshoot and resolve ERP related hardware, software, user access, or other problems. Participate in projects to gather user requirements, design, configure, test, and implement ERP systems, applications, tasks and integrations. Monitor system performance and usage to maintain security and reliability. Coordinate new software releases, fixes and upgrades with third party support team and users.
