The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Channels team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover for a key member of the team.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, Agile environment where you'll support the delivery of improvements across several customer-facing channels, including our Business Portal, telephony solutions, IVR journeys, email services and chat capabilities.

You'll join us on a salary starting from £45,000, with the potential for an annual bonus. This is a predominantly remote-working
