Principal AI Engineer & Platform Lead

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per month

An established enterprise organization managing complex, multi-country human resources and financial operations. They operate a customized internal ERP environment and need a dedicated technical expert to ensure their critical HR data and payroll processing systems remain accurate, compliant, and scalable across different regions.

The Role & Landscape: You will take ownership of the technical and functional design for international payroll systems.

• Build, configure, and support PeopleSoft Global Payroll and HCM solutions. • Write and troubleshoot PeopleCode, Application Engine processes, and reporting logic. • Manage integrations linking core HR data with external payroll and compliance providers using Integration Broker. • Translate country-specific tax, compliance, and regulatory requirements into technical system rules.
