Business Analyst

Salary: £55,000 - 65,000 per year

Requirements:

• Public sector experience, ideally with local government, education, the NHS, or central government • Solid Business Analyst experience in a digital or software delivery setting • Strong requirements-gathering, process-mapping, and Agile backlog skills • Confidence running workshops and communicating with people at every level • Enough technical knowledge to work comfortably with developers on APIs, integrations, and data • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-moving environment • AI knowledge or experience is desirable • Bid or tender experience is desirable

Responsibilities:

• Run discovery and requirements workshops with public sector clients • Map current processes and identify opportunities to improve them • Write user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritise backlogs • Work closely with .NET engineers and
