As a Lead Business Analyst within the TPXimpact Delivery Team, you will operate at a strategic level to bridge the gap between complex business challenges and sustainable digital solutions. You will be a core leadership figure, working alongside Product and Delivery Managers to shape high-priority engagements, ensuring every intervention is evidence-based, user-centric, and strictly aligned with the overarching strategy.

This role requires full accountability for the investigative work and comprehensive analysis strategy necessary for complex, multi-stream programs. Beyond delivery, you will act as a strategic partner to the Growth and Sales teams, providing the technical support and analytical insight required for bids, scoping new opportunities, and identifying possibilities within existing accounts.
