Summary

As an Early Career Business Analyst - Strategic Operation at Gainwell, you will serve as a key partner to ITO Delivery leadership, helping drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, and business outcomes across the organization. This individual will be responsible for developing data-driven insights through analytics, dashboards, and KPI measurement to support executive decision-making and continuous improvement efforts.

Your role in our mission

• Power BI reporting and data visualization, supporting ServiceNow and Azure DevOps (ADO) intake and workflow optimization. • Creating impactful executive presentations and communications. • Managing leadership staff meetings and action tracking. • Coordinating strategic planning sessions and offsite workshops. • Supporting PI supply and demand forecasting. • Managing a variety of CTO / ITO business requests including status reporting, accomplishments, goals and objectives, and budget-related activities.
