Position Overview

Nao Medical is hiring an IT Manager to serve as the technical backbone of our AI-first operations. This role is designed for a "smart and excellent" leader who can architect internal infrastructure that is as innovative as the solutions we provide. You will ensure our team has the cutting-edge tools, robust security, and automated workflows required to maintain peak efficiency across our digital ecosystem and Electronic Medical Record (EMR) platforms.

Every role at Nao Medical is AI-forward. We expect candidates to use AI in daily workflows across infrastructure monitoring, security auditing, automation scripting, and technical support. AI usage is a core execution requirement, not optional tooling.
