Systems Administrator

Agil3 Technology Solutions (A3T) is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to provide enterprise systems administration and operational support for the Government IT environment.

The Systems Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and sustainment of servers, operating systems, virtual infrastructure, enterprise applications, and associated IT services. The customer environment includes on-premises infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure IL2 cloud services, virtualized systems, data centers, networks, applications, and end-user services.

The position will work closely with Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity personnel, and Technical Support staff to maintain reliable, secure, and mission-ready IT services.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot physical and virtual servers, operating systems, applications, and associated enterprise services. • Monitor and troubleshoot network-dependent services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, SNMP, HTTP/HTTPS, SSH, LDAP/LDAPS, and SMTP. • Administer Microsoft Windows Server environments and associated infrastructure services. • Support Active Directory, Group Policy, user and computer objects, authentication, permissions, and access-control functions. • Support Microsoft 365 services and associated enterprise applications. • Administer and support…
