Senior Business Analyst – Public Sector (Permanent)

You will be part of a growing, client-centric consulting practice delivering complex, large-scale digital and IT change across the public sector. The role offers long-term programme stability, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a clear pathway into leadership within the organisation.

This is a permanent position, not contract, and sits within a well-established consulting practice known for delivering critical government services at scale.

The salary will range from £68k - £80k dependant on level of seniority and management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead face-to-face and virtual client workshops, managing stakeholders with competing priorities to reach agreed outcomes. • Take an evidence-based approach, using data to inform decisions and constructively challenge assumptions. • Operate effectively in ambiguous, complex environments, bringing clarity and structure. • Work closely with Solution Architects, Product Managers, UX Designers, and wider delivery teams to shape end-to-end solutions. • Lead Business Analysis delivery on complex, high-pressure programmes, setting standards and role-modelling best practice. • Identify…
