How You Will Make an Impact:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis for Corporate lending initiatives, including system upgrades, regulatory changes, and process improvements • Define, document, and manage business and functional requirements, collaborating with stakeholders across business and IT • Create and maintain user stories, specifications, and dashboards to support project delivery and performance tracking • Analyze data, identify root causes, and deliver insights to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitability • Support incident resolution, change management, UAT activities, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations • Promote risk awareness, contribute to risk assessments and audits, and support business continuity planning • Continuously identify opportunities for process and solution optimization
