Expert Business Analyst

Job Description

DXC Technology is looking for a Expert Business Analyst to join the Custom Application Offering.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of business analysis activities for Public Sector clients, from requirements definition to validation of implemented solutions • Lead client interviews to identify business issues and propose solutions • Lead the documentation and design of processes to increase efficiency (decrease lead time, increase throughput, reduce cost, etc.) by creating roadmaps describing as-is and to-be customer environments • Guide and support junior/mid team members on analysis and requirements-gathering activities • Contribute to shaping, preparing, and delivering client presentations, workshops and proposals • Guide team members in producing functional requirements for software development • Identify and manage changes to requirements and identify risks for the company's clients • Act as direct interface with internal stakeholders and clients for requirements gathering, solution validation and monitoring of alignment with business needs • Effectively manage client's expectations • Contribute to the definition and optimization of processes and procedures within the business analysis function • Contribute to the hiring process through interviews assessing analytical and functional skills
