*What We Are Looking For* * 1 to 3 years of experience with TypeScript or JavaScript. * Real, hands-on fluency with Claude Code. Comfortable with concepts like CLAUDE.md configuration, custom skills, hooks, and MCP servers, not just general AI-assisted coding. This is not optional — it is the primary filter. * Working knowledge of REST APIs, authentication flows, git, and basic cloud/deployment concepts (caching, environment management). * Familiarity with Next.js or React. * Comfortable with Supabase or any Postgres-based backend. * Based in or near Rockville / Gaithersburg, Maryland. Able to work onsite Monday through Friday. * Someone who goes home and keeps coding because they want to, not because they were told to. You do NOT need a computer science degree. You do NOT need 10 years of experience.
