What We're Looking For

Michael Baker International is seeking a Senior Microsoft AI Developer to join our CTO organization in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will design and deliver enterprise-grade AI-capable applications and Copilot Studio agents that enable the organization to scale intelligent solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. You will partner closely with IT, Data & AI, Cybersecurity, Legal, and business stakeholders to build, govern, and continuously improve AI-powered solutions — driving meaningful adoption and measurable business impact.

This is a development-focused role. You will own the engineering and delivery of AI solutions built on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and the Microsoft Power Platform, working alongside a dedicated Power Platform Administrator who owns tenant governance and the Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit.
