Platform Engineering Lead

Salary: £41,000 - 81,000 per year

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of significant experience in platform engineering, infrastructure operations or cloud services, including responsibility for business-critical platform services. • Evidence of technical leadership capability, mentoring, team coordination or delivery of complex initiatives. • Demonstrable technical leadership across platform domains including compute, virtualisation, storage, backup, identity services, cloud platforms and platform automation, with the ability to set technical direction and support the development of others. • Strong practical experience implementing automation, infrastructure-as-code and platform engineering approaches to improve consistency, reduce manual effort and enable scalable service delivery.
