Overview

POSITION SUMMARY: The Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Analyst – EPMO is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise portfolio reporting, analytics, dashboards, and executive-level communications that support organizational decision-making. This role serves as a key contributor within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), providing visibility into portfolio performance, project health, strategic initiative progress, resource utilization, and organizational priorities. The Portfolio Reporting & Analytics Analyst – EPMO partners closely with business stakeholders, project teams, program leadership, information technology, finance, and executive leadership to collect, validate, analyze, and present portfolio data. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining Smartsheet reports and dashboards, Power BI reporting solutions, portfolio KPIs, governance reporting, and executive-level report-outs used in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews. This role combines analytical expertise, data visualization, portfolio management knowledge, and executive communication skills to transform project and portfolio data into actionable insights that support organizational strategy and operational excellence.
