Senior Product Manager (Smart Buildings)

Overview The Smart Building business unit powers the multifamily industry's true connected living platform - STRATIS IoT. This platform unifies IoT automation, sidewalk-to-sofa access management, and managed Wi-Fi (WhiteSky) into a single ecosystem, enabling operators to deliver a seamless Sidewalk-to-Sofa™ resident experience. We are seeking a Product Manager for Smart Building to own specific product initiatives across Access and IoT product offerings. Current list of initiatives include launching a partner API for Chirp Access Control, improvements to Smart Water, which track anomalies in property-wide water consumption to alert for potential hidden water issues, supporting migration of legacy sites to an upgraded platform. Our team is lean and dynamic and shifts to best support our customers with innovation, enhancements and maintaining the current experience and integrations. Responsibilities Reporting to the Smart Building VP of Product, this person will work at the intersection of product ownership and partner strategy - deeply understanding operator workflows and resident expectations, helping to shape and grow our current Product Offerings on the Smart Building platform through structured discovery and strong business requirements documentation.
