We are seeking a Data Analyst to help turn our business data into practical insights that inform decisions across sales, marketing, inventory and operations.

About the Role:

The Data Analyst will collect, organise, clean and analyse data from our e-commerce platforms and internal business systems. Working closely with management and operational teams, you will identify trends, develop reports and interactive dashboards, and provide evidence-based recommendations to improve business performance and customer experience.

You will need to perform the following duties:

· Liaise with management and internal teams to define business questions, reporting requirements, key performance indicators and appropriate data analysis methods. · Collect and combine sales, product, customer, marketing and inventory data from e-commerce platforms and internal systems into structured datasets for analysis. · Clean, transform and validate datasets, investigating missing values, duplicate records and inconsistencies to assess and improve data accuracy and reliability. · Apply statistical and exploratory analysis techniques to identify sales trends, purchasing…
