How You Will Make an Impact:

Product Ownership & Development

• Own and develop Accounts products end-to-end, defining product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals, customer needs, and market trends • Drive product enhancements, system updates, issue resolution, and process optimization while ensuring efficient and scalable product operations • Collaborate with Development, IT, Operations, Customer Service, and other stakeholders to define requirements, deliver solutions, and ensure successful releases • Monitor product performance, KPIs, incidents, and service levels, implementing improvements and mitigation actions where needed • Maintain product, process, and data ownership, ensuring accurate documentation, regulatory reporting capabilities, and effective information management • Identify opportunities for innovation, automation, process simplification, and service improvement • Manage product-related communication and provide input for internal and external content
