BI Architect

- Proficient in the areas of application development (programming), database and system/application design. Knowledge of legacy and web-based systems and intrinsic interfaces (WebAPI, TCP, UDP, Database, etc.) - Target platform: Snowflake; Sigma - 3-5 years of relevant experience in a traditional financial institution (bank or credit union) - Strong time management skills, with proficiency in prioritizing, scheduling, and managing multiple project schedules and differing levels of criticality across legacy support and migration work - Passion to self-educate and stay current on the latest analytics and data platform trends in marketing, banking, and other fields, including modern cloud data warehousing and BI tools - Legacy platform: SQL Server; SSIS, SSRS, SSAS - Excellent written and oral communication skills to articulate effectively in forums and meetings with technical and non-technical teams, and to explain migration decisions and trade-offs clearly to client stakeholders - Proficient in the areas of statistics, finance, and retail and commercial banking business concepts - Excellent attention to detail, data accuracy, and quality of output - Reporting and Integration frameworks: Sigma, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS, SSIS - 5-8 years of relevant experience for this role - Ability to provide clear and concise project documentation to various stakeholders, including source-to-target mapping and migration plans - Visual Studio VB and/or C# — software development (Web, WinForm,…
