Senior BI Developer

We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Senior Business Intelligence Developer to spearhead the evolution of our analytics ecosystem. In this role, you will bridge the gap between traditional business intelligence and modern artificial intelligence. You will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade analytics solutions using Tableau, while integrating cutting-edge AI tools (such as generative AI, automated machine learning, and predictive analytics) to transform raw data into autonomous, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities

BI Architecture & Dashboard Engineering

• Design, build, and maintain highly interactive, scalable, and visually compelling dashboards in both Tableau. • Optimize complex data models, DAX queries, and Tableau calculations to ensure rapid report performance and seamless user experience. • Migrate legacy reporting systems into modern, AI-augmented BI frameworks.

AI Integration & Advanced Analytics

• Embed native and third-party AI functionalities (e.g., Tableau Pulse, Einstein AI) into the analytics workflow to provide predictive insights and natural language querying. • Collaborate with data science teams to operationalize machine learning (ML) models, bringing predictive and prescriptive data directly into executive-level dashboards. • Leverage Generative AI tools to automate data preparation, code generation (SQL/DAX/Python), and insight summarization.
