Job Title: Safety & Security Business Analyst

Location: Durrington, West Sussex (hybrid)

Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £35-40,000 depending on skills and experience

About the role

To provide high-quality business analysis, insight and delivery support across Southern Water’s health, safety and security agenda. The role will translate data, risk, process and stakeholder requirements into clear analysis, reporting, improvement opportunities and practical delivery plans that support better decision-making, stronger assurance and improved outcomes for colleagues, customers, assets and the wider business.

What you will be responsible for

• Work with HSSW leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs, risks, processes and improvement opportunities across safety, wellbeing, physical security and assurance. • Develop clear business requirements, process maps, options analysis and recommendations to support HSSW transformation, governance and continuous improvement activity. • Produce high-quality analysis, dashboards, reports and papers for senior stakeholders, governance forums and regulatory or assurance activity. • Analyse…
