We are seeking a visionary Senior CRM Product Owner to spearhead the digital transformation of our U.S. Oncology customer engagement ecosystem. You will lead the activation of the Salesforce Life Science Cloud suite and modernize our integration landscape to create a seamless, data-driven experience for healthcare providers and patients.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Activation & Innovation

• Lead the technical implementation and optimization of Salesforce Life Science Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Data Cloud. • Pioneer the deployment of Agentforce to automate customer interactions and enhance field force productivity through autonomous agents. • Translate complex U.S. OBU business requirements (e.g., sample management, patient services, physician targeting) into scalable technical architectures and reference designs.

AI-Driven Omnichannel Orchestration:
