Job Summary JCS Solutions is seeking a Junior Endpoint Systems Administrator to support endpoint management and enterprise IT operations for the NICHD program in Bethesda, Maryland. You will help ensure the reliability, security, and performance of Windows endpoints and related enterprise services through imaging, configuration, software deployment, troubleshooting, patch management, compliance support, and end-user assistance. The ideal candidate brings hands-on endpoint administration experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service while supporting mission-critical operations.

Location: Bethesda, MD Clearance: Ability to obtain or hold an HHS Public Trust Tier II Salary: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00
