An exciting opportunity has arisen with a leading global consumer technology business for a Performance Insights & Reporting Manager to join a high-profile European digital commerce operation.

This role sits within a Centre of Excellence supporting multiple European markets and is responsible for driving operational performance reporting, insight generation, reporting governance, and continuous improvement across digital delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Own and evolve operational performance reporting across multiple workstreams

Define reporting requirements, metric definitions, and calculation logic

Validate AI-generated reports and insights before executive distribution

Analyse operational performance data, identify trends, and provide root-cause analysis

Lead reporting enhancements and automation initiatives

Create clear, decision-ready insights and presentations for senior leadership

Partner with operational, governance, analytics, and market stakeholders across Europe

Skill Requirements
