Traffic Modelling & Data Analyst Specialist - Montreal

I'm working with a growing international transport planning consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Traffic Modelling & Data Analyst Specialist to join its Montreal team.

This is a senior technical opportunity for an experienced transport planner, traffic modeller or data analyst with a strong background in traffic modelling, transport planning and data analysis, who wants to take ownership of projects while helping develop the technical capabilities of a growing Montreal team.

The consultancy works across Canada, the US and Europe, delivering projects across sustainable urban development, public transport, street and neighbourhood redevelopment, major events and wider mobility planning.

The Role

• Lead traffic modelling and data analysis across a varied portfolio of transport planning projects. • Manage traffic and mobility studies from inception through to delivery. • Undertake traffic modelling, data analysis and interpretation to support transport planning and development projects. • Use Synchro/SimTraffic to undertake traffic modelling and analysis. • Provide technical advice to public and private-sector clients. • Prepare and review high-quality technical reports and supporting documentation. • Take responsibility for technical delivery and make independent technical…
