Senior Business Analyst (Workday)

Salary: Circa $950 p/d

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Workday experience to join a major HR transformation program.

About the Role:

You will work closely with HR, technology teams and implementation partners to define requirements and support the delivery of a new Workday solution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Mapping Level 4 and Level 5 business processes • Leading requirements workshops with business stakeholders • Gathering and documenting business and functional requirements • Working with architects and vendors to develop solutions • Identifying gaps between business requirements and proposed solutions • Supporting testing, UAT and implementation • Maintaining requirements traceability through delivery • Supporting go-live and hypercare activities

About You:

• 10+ years' experience as a Business Analyst • Strong Workday HCM experience • Strong BPMN process mapping skills • Excellent requirements gathering and documentation skills • Strong stakeholder and workshop facilitation experience • Experience with system integrations and technical requirements • Experience supporting UAT and implementation
