Senior Applied AI Engineer

About the Role Join an AI team at a property technology company building tools to automate tenant finding, property management, and finance workflows. You will help unify existing AI capabilities, strengthen evaluation, and scale agentic systems as the business grows. What You'll Do Bring existing AI workflows together into reliable, maintainable systems. Build evaluation methods and feedback loops to measure and improve agent performance. Develop agentic infrastructure that can coordinate tasks, use tools, and return structured outputs. Improve production systems with attention to latency, cost, reliability, and hallucinations. What We're Looking For Three or more years of relevant experience, with hands-on experience building and operating AI or agentic systems in production. Backend software engineering experience and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field. Experience decomposing tasks, orchestrating subagents, using tools, producing structured outputs, and building evaluation and feedback loops. Practical experience with TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Python, LLM orchestration, and agentic workflows. Background in applied AI, ideally in an AI-native company or startup; research-heavy or data science experience is also relevant. Compensation & Benefits Compensation is €100,000 to €150,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available. Location Remote, based in the United Kingdom.
