Data Analyst

Salary: £25,420 - 62,894 per year

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for creating dashboards and visualizations • Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases such as Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server • Experience with R, Python, VBA, and Bash (Unix shell) for data manipulation and automation • Understanding of database design principles • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies for managing analytics projects • Business analysis skills to interpret requirements and deliver tailored solutions • Ability to perform comprehensive analysis using advanced techniques in Excel or similar platforms

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns • Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders • Collaborate with business units to understand needs, gather requirements, and develop data solutions • Manage project timelines and deliverables throughout the data analysis lifecycle • Maintain and optimize databases for efficient data retrieval • Support the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for analytics projects, ensuring quality and timely delivery • Document processes using Visio and create reports to support strategic decision-making
