Junior Data Scientist

Salary: £27,500 - 55,500 per year

Requirements:

• A good grasp of statistical analysis, predictive modelling, feature engineering and model evaluation • Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python or R, including relevant data analysis and machine learning libraries • An interest in model testing, documentation, deployment and performance tracking • Clear communication skills and the ability to explain technical ideas simply • A problem-solving mindset, good organisation and a focus on meeting deadlines • A collaborative attitude and a genuine willingness to learn • A degree in statistics, mathematics, operational research, computer science, economics, engineering or another quantitative field, or equivalent experience • United Kingdom work authorisation is required

Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean and prepare datasets so they are accurate and ready for analysis • Explore data and use
