Agentic AI Developer

Salary: £50,000 - 50,000 per year

Requirements:

• Experience or demonstrated interest in building agentic AI systems and experimenting with agent-development tools such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, OpenClaw, Hermes, or similar. • Comfort working with AI models as part of the development environment, not only through APIs. • Experience with open-weight models and local LLM inference is of particular interest, including models such as Qwen, Llama, Mistral, DeepSeek, or Gemma and inference stacks such as vLLM, llama.cpp, Ollama, MLX, or TensorRT-LLM. • Understanding of trade-offs between hosted frontier models and locally deployed open-weight models, including latency, privacy, cost, hardware requirements, quantisation, and model capability. • Comfort with Python and/or TypeScript, LLM APIs and tool/function calling, agent architecture and orchestration, REST APIs and webhooks, structured outputs and JSON schemas, open-weight LLMs and
