Lead Business Analyst

- Proficiency with data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms, with demonstrated experience developing effective dashboards and data products for business stakeholders - Experience working in modern analytics environments and IDEs (e.g., Visual Studio Code, Cursor, PyCharm, or similar) and using AI-enabled tools to accelerate analysis, development, or workflows - Bachelor's degree with an analytical focus in healthcare, economics, finance, statistics, data analytics, or a related field - 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare, insurance, consulting, analytics, or a related field, - Advanced SQL skills with demonstrated experience querying, transforming, and analyzing large and complex datasets (30M+ rows)
