AVP/Data Analytics Specialist

Overview

This position serves as the primary Data Analytics partner for assigned business domains and independently develops and supports datasets, reports, dashboards and other analytical solutions that advance the Bank’s strategic and operational objectives. The Data Analytics Specialist develops an understanding of assigned business operations, systems, data and analytical needs and collaborates with business stakeholders to evaluate requirements, recommend solutions and provide meaningful insights that support business decisions. The position manages assigned data solutions throughout the development lifecycle from requirements and stakeholder alignment through development, deployment and ongoing support and coordinates with technical and business teams to deliver secure, reliable and sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Data Analytics partner for assigned business domains and develop a working understanding of their business processes, applications, data, priorities and analytical needs. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze complex data requirements, identify opportunities and translate business needs into technical and functional specifications. • Develop business requirements documents (“BRDs”), functional requirements documents (“FRDs”), data mapping documentation, process flows and related solution documentation. • Present requirements and proposed solutions to business stakeholders and internal teams,…
