Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in advancing the organization's regulatory reporting, data quality, and analytical capabilities. This position owns the end-to-end transformation of complex policy, claims, underwriting, and financial data into accurate, timely, and compliant regulatory submissions while driving improvements in data processes, governance, and reporting standards.

As a senior analytical professional, this role combines advanced data analysis, data engineering, insurance domain expertise, and business insight to solve complex data challenges, influence decision-making, and identify opportunities that improve operational effectiveness and regulatory compliance. The Senior Data Analyst serves as a trusted partner to business and technical stakeholders and provides mentorship and guidance to analysts across the organization.
