The Opportunity

As a dedicated Business Intelligence Analyst in the Member Value organization, you will drive analytics that inform the strategy, performance, and continuous evolution of AI-enabled member interactions. You will translate complex data into clear business recommendations, identify opportunities to improve member experience and operational outcomes, and influence priorities that expand the value of conversational AI capabilities across the enterprise. Through strong partnerships with business and technology teams, you will help accelerate innovation while ensuring measurable impact for members and USAA.
