The Data Analyst will work both independently and as part of a team to perform complex data analysis and reporting, improve data reporting capabilities, and develop data quality assurance processes. The ideal candidate has expertise in business data analysis, excels at communicating technical information to non-technical audiences, and can leverage tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Work collaboratively with business process owners and data owners to ensure data-related business objectives are understood and documented. • Gather, evaluate and document business and technical requirements related to data for new systems, enhancements and defects based on business user input and data needs. • Support individual team members in the Data Office as well as various business units, by creating customizable, interactive tabular or visual reports with available tools such as SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
