CenterWell OneHome is seeking an accomplished Product Manager (OneHome Product Development) to join our Product Strategy and Development team. In this role, you will drive innovation by leading product research, discovery, and strategy efforts in partnership with internal stakeholders and external collaborators. Working closely with Product Leadership, you will identify opportunities to improve business processes, enhance operational performance, and develop scalable solutions that advance OneHome's mission. You will play a key role in the conception, development, and evolution of products and capabilities that address the changing needs of health plans, providers, members, and caregivers. Success in this role requires strategic thinking, strong business acumen, effective stakeholder management, and a passion for improving healthcare outcomes.
