IT & Business Systems Manager

Stanilod Group is looking for a practical, commercially minded IT & Business Systems Manager to take ownership of the systems and technology used across our group.

This is not simply an IT support role. You'll work across the business to understand how our teams operate, improve the systems they rely on and identify where technology, automation and AI can make a measurable difference.

The role

Your two main priorities will be:

Security & resilience — Working alongside our external IT and cyber-security partner, Rock IT, you'll help protect our systems and information, strengthen business continuity and establish secure, controlled use of AI.

Business improvement — You'll develop our use of OrderWise, reporting and automation, while leading the practical adoption and integration of systems including HubSpot, Jira and appropriate AI tools.

You'll become the principal in-house owner of OrderWise, which sits at the heart of our sales, purchasing, stock, warehouse and reporting processes.

What you'll be doing

• Take ownership of OrderWise administration and development across the group. • Build and improve reports, dashboards and management information. • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce duplicated work and introduce appropriate automation. • Lead the implementation and ongoing development of HubSpot and Jira. • Assess and introduce AI tools where they can deliver genuine business value. • Establish appropriate controls around AI, confidential…
