Salary: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

We are seeking an experienced Reporting Analyst to work closely with the Operations Manager - Technology & Systems to build and maintain management reporting dashboards and data visualisations to monitor business, team and individual performance and inform evidence-based decision making.

You will form a key part of the operations team, working alongside dedicated, motivated and ambitious professionals in a high‑performance environment, supported by strong systems, collaboration and shared success. As the Reporting Analyst, your role is critical to communicating complex operational data in a clear and meaningful way that supports organisational performance management and accountability.

Your responsibilities will include:
